By using any Mixmastered website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Mixmastered provides entertainment, e-commerce, hospitality, and SaaS services through our family of brands: Mixmastered Studios, Mixmastered Records, MMTD (Mixmaster Throwdown), Acoustic Sound Panels, Lean Print Shop, MixStand, and OneHub360. Service availability and features may change without notice.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use our platforms for any unlawful purpose.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS messaging by checking the box on our contact form and providing your phone number, the following terms apply.

Program description: Mixmastered will send you booking confirmations, customer service replies, and event reminders by SMS.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. Most users receive fewer than 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier plan.
Carriers: Mixmastered is not responsible for delays or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the contact form.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and SMS opt-in data. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our websites are owned by Mixmastered or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Purchases

All sales are subject to the specific terms of the selling entity (e.g., Acoustic Sound Panels return policy, Terrace Cantina order terms). Prices are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

Mixmastered provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
