Booking and session confirmations (Studios, Records, MMTD, ASP)

Event reminders for shows, residencies, and Throwdowns you have indicated interest in

Message frequency: Varies. Most users receive fewer than 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages from Mixmastered. You will receive one final confirmation message.

SMS messages are sent through Twilio, our telecommunications provider. Twilio processes the message on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy obligations.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools for analytics (Google Analytics), payment processing (Stripe, Clover, Shopify), and communication (Twilio for SMS and voice, SendGrid for email). These services have their own privacy policies. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact form.
